Private Sales
Acquisitions arranged directly with galleries, estates, and collectors — often before a piece is ever publicly offered.
Auction Access
Private previews and bidding support around the major sales, arranged through the relationships that make it possible.
Collection Management
Cataloguing, conservation, insurance, and shipping — handled by specialists, not left to chance.
Auction Houses
The rooms where the market actually moves.
The major sales at houses like Sotheby's and Christie's set the market for significant work, and previews there are where a serious acquisition often starts. We don't broker those sales ourselves, but we sit close enough to that world to arrange a private preview, a condition report, or a quiet introduction ahead of a lot going to the block.
Art Fairs
The week the collectors all show up.
Art Basel and the fairs around it turn into the year's most concentrated week of viewing, buying, and introductions — VIP preview days included. Hotel rooms and dinner tables disappear months out; we handle the logistics and the access, the same way we do for Monterey Car Week or Monaco Grand Prix.
Art Events
Openings, previews, and the rooms around them.
Beyond the fairs themselves, a lot of the real activity happens at the events built around them — gallery openings, a biennale's invitation-only preview days, an auction house's evening sale, a dinner held for a handful of collectors the night before a show opens to the public. We keep members inside those rooms, not reading about them afterward.
Private Sale
A piece secured before it reached auction
The estate preferred a quiet sale over a public one. A direct introduction closed it before a catalogue was ever printed.
Authentication
A specialist flown in within the week
A time-sensitive acquisition needed independent authentication fast — arranged before the seller's window closed.
Preview Access
A private viewing ahead of a marquee sale
A lot expected to draw significant interest was shown privately to a member days before the public preview opened.
Collection Care
An entire collection, catalogued and insured
Decades of acquisitions with no formal record were catalogued, conservation-assessed, and properly insured.
Fair Week
An Art Basel week planned months out
VIP preview access, lodging, and a schedule of gallery visits arranged before the fair's hotel inventory disappeared.
Studio Visit
A living artist's studio, opened for one member
A private studio visit arranged directly with the artist, well outside their usual gallery representation.
