Supplier Code of Conduct
This is a short explainer, since it's a reasonable thing to wonder about: a Supplier Code of Conduct is the set of standards a company asks its partners, vendors, and suppliers to follow — covering things like fair labor practices, honesty in pricing and availability, and treating a shared client's information as confidential.
Every partner in the Bulmanus network — hotels, charter operators, dealers, restaurants, and specialists — is expected to:
- Represent availability, condition, and pricing honestly, without inflating either to us or to a member.
- Treat member information as confidential and never use it for their own marketing without explicit permission.
- Comply with applicable labor, safety, and consumer protection laws in their own operations.
- Flag conflicts of interest — a personal or financial stake in a recommendation — before we pass it along to a member.
Partners who don't meet this standard don't stay partners for long.
