How is this different from a regular concierge app?

Most concierge apps route you to whoever's available. We assign one dedicated point of contact per member, so the person handling your request already knows your preferences instead of starting from a blank form.

How do you source things that aren't publicly listed?

Through direct relationships — brokers, owners, and our own network — built over time. It's the same reason some properties and assets never reach a public listing in the first place: word of mouth moves faster than a listing site.

What does membership actually cost?

There's no published rate card. Every membership is discussed individually, based on how you intend to use the network — reach out through Membership and we'll talk specifics.

Do you actually give investment advice?

No. We make introductions to opportunities that come through our network, at our discretion. Any decision, diligence, or advice from there is between you and your own advisors.
