A residence is more than a floor plan — the same layout means something different tucked into a hillside than it does facing a private beach. We walk every property in person before it's offered to a member, and we weigh the setting, the privacy of the approach, and the quality of the staff who come with it as carefully as the interiors themselves.
Household Staffing
A beautiful residence with the wrong household staff is still the wrong residence. Chefs, housekeepers, drivers, and security are vetted and matched to a member's household before arrival — not hired locally on short notice — so the standard stays consistent whether the stay is a long weekend or a full season.
