What We Do — Investment Opportunities

Access, not advice.

From time to time, members are introduced to opportunities that come through our private network — the kind of thing that reaches us before it reaches a fund prospectus. These introductions are made entirely at our discretion, based on who we think a given opportunity might genuinely suit.

To be direct about it: Bulmanus does not provide investment advice, and we are not a licensed advisor. We make introductions. What a member does with one — the diligence, the terms, the decision — is entirely their own, conducted with their own advisors.

Curated Introductions

Opportunities that reach us through the network, shared with members we think they might genuinely suit.

Our Discretion

Not every opportunity goes to every member — introductions are made selectively, not broadcast.

Your Own Diligence

We make the introduction. The evaluation, the terms, and the decision are yours, with your own advisors.

What This Tends to Look Like

A few of the shapes these introductions take.

There's no fixed category — the network surfaces what it surfaces — but a few kinds of opportunity come up often enough to mention: a co-investment stake alongside members already inside a property acquisition, an allocation in a collector-vehicle acquisition or syndicate, and early access to an off-market asset before it's shared any further. In every case, the introduction is the extent of our role — evaluating, structuring, and deciding is on the member and their own advisors.
